Twin did an incredible job from start to finish on our home. Nothing was left out or overlooked. Great business sense and constant communication with photos and updates. The design team was amazing and they have everything in house to make building your dream home a breeze! Would recommend over anyone else we've experienced in the area. The superior quality for a reasonable price and over the top weather and waterproofing are very important in this area and they nailed it. Literally! 11\10 rating!

We've used Twin multiple times for home construction. Twin is proactive with planning and ensures the plan is the best fit for your needs. The construction process is consistently communicated and any issues are resolved aggressively. Twin is an advocate for their clients and goes above and beyond to accomplish your goals. We recently had the pleasure of working with Twin on a major remodel of our home, and we couldn't be happier with the results. They demolished our old primary bathroom, closet, and porch, and expertly added a new primary bath, closets, covered porch, and a downstairs bathroom. From the very beginning, the entire team was very helpful and guided us through every step of the process. They ensured our project was completed on time and their communication was thorough throughout. The skill and craftsmanship displayed by Twin and their subcontractors were excellent and each member of the team was professional, courteous, and dedicated to delivering high-quality work.

It was an easy decision to use Twin Construction on our recent renovation project based on their strong reputation of delivering quality projects and meeting budgets.. Twin Interiors was so helpful to work with on the front end and the entire project management team did such a fine job turning the design into reality. They managed the project and budget efficiently and surpassed all of our expectations. I would highly recommend Twin for any complicated renovation or new build project in the Homewood or greater Over the Mountain area.

Simply the best! We undertook a major renovation, and they did everything, from small to large, the thorough and right way. We couldn't be happier with the results. We got an email every Friday telling us our project was on track and what would be done the upcoming week -- there were no surprises, on timeline or cost. I really can't express how much they went above and beyond, even once the renovation was complete. We tell everyone to use this company and think the world of them!

We've utilized the services of Twin Construction on several projects over the years, both at our house and at my medical practice office. Their work has been top notch and solidly done. More importantly, they have done all of them within budget and on time. They return calls, come when they say they will, and most importantly fix any issues that may arise.....even years after the project is finished. Some say you can get it done cheaper, but, yes.....that's what you would get.....cheap work. William (the Twin owner with whom I have always spoken) has always been fair and straight forward: a man of his word who stands behind getting it done the way he said he would. Their Operations Manager, Brad, is a PERFECT representative of their company. He just "gets it done". As a business owner myself, I wish all my employees were like Brad. If we have more projects / builds in the future, we woud use Twin in a heartbeat. - Matt Vicinanzo, MD p.s. - the pics are the Adirondack style porch and fireplace they built some years. We've lived in that space......worth every penny.

We are absolutely thrilled with the incredible work done by Twin Construction that brought our dream beach house to life. From the moment we met with David and William we could sense their dedication to excellence. The entire Twin team's professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to creating a home that perfectly aligned with our vision is truly commendable. We had some initial concerns about building a beach house in Florida while living 300 miles away in Atlanta, but throughout the entire construction process, David exhibited a remarkable level of expertise and communication by keeping us well-informed about the progress and addressing any concerns promptly. Not only did they complete the project within the agreed-upon timeline but they also managed to exceed our expectations in every way and we now have a beautiful beach house that will bring joy to our family for generations.
